Don’t you know that indeed Lord Allah, He has the dominion of heavens and earth? He punishes whom He wishes, and He forgives for whom He wishes, and Allah is Capable of everything.
The Three-Time-Knower Lord has inscribed everything going to happen in the universe in His Book Adhikr and has Safefguared It as explained in verse 10: 61. All 313 Messengers are sent down with Adhikr as explained in verse 21: 24. Adhikr sent down to Messenger Muhammad contains all 312 previous Book and their Upright Explanations as explained in verses 5: 48 and 16: 44.
It is told in verses 33: 72-73 that the Trust Adhikr is revealed to punish the hypocrites and Mushriks who hide and reject It. So, the believing men and women by reading Adhikr recognize all the offenses and sins that happened to them and will repent to the Lord, and will do suitable ransom for them by propagating Adhikr. He will also do and encourage others to plant trees, to engage in organic farming as explained in verses 7: 205-206. It is told in verse 33: 73 that the Lord is the Oft-Forgiving in the case of believers. And it is told in verse 32: 22 that Lord will take revenge on the Mujirims. Lord has kept prepared painful punishment for the Fujjar Mujirims as told in verse 76: 31. The Fujjar are denoted as the worst among thousand communities of Lord's creatures who don't utilize their intelligence as told in verse 8: 22. See explanation 2: 284; 4: 133, and 6: 104.
